Sinclair arrives on Minbar in 2259, after having been briefed at Earth Central by the new President, Clark himself. It's wild, to take in everything. The Minbari stopped because they think we have their souls. Of all the excuses. Sinclair isn't the most religious guy, though he's not the least religious guy either, but it's a long shot of a tale. Besides, it places all the power in - who else - the hands of the Minbari. It's their religion that made them stop, not any of Earth's.
