I find this such an interesting episode to rewatch as there always seem to be more questions.
The idea of what the questions and answers would have have been for Matheson and Gideon... there seem to be so many possibilities! There is also so much more here about how the post-PsiCorp world - and it certainly seems to be working in the same sort of ways, distrust, blackmail, etc. I wonder whether this improves over time or whether it is only going to last a little time before more restrictions are added...
